Heather Perera
PRINCIPAL
Meet Heather Perera, a highly skilled consultant with diverse professional experience. Heather began her career on a diplomatic mission in Sri Lanka, where she excelled in consular services, archives, and administrative affairs. After gaining valuable experience in this role, Heather moved on to work overseas, further expanding her expertise and knowledge. Furthermore, she has dedicated 15 years to teaching children various subjects, striving for excellence to help students achieve the best results.
In addition to her practical experience, Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a Post Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Lincoln University and a Professional Diploma in Teaching ( BTEC ) UK and for Masters in Education. This educational background has equipped her with a solid foundation in the principles and best practices for providing education to the next generation.
Paul De Silva
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Paul’s career in the business industry spans over 24 years, marked by a diverse and extensive range of experiences. Starting as an IT solutions specialist, he collaborated with major brands such as Compaq, HP, DELL, and Microsoft. In 2007, Paul shifted his focus to business solutions, where he has since established himself as an expert. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Suffolk, U.K., reflecting his commitment to advancing his business acumen.
Paul’s work experience extends overseas, adding to his diverse skill set and global perspective. Service to others is a core value for Paul, and he prioritizes giving back to the community through his expertise. His extensive experience, education, and values make him a significant asset in the business world.
